What is the purpose of the Low & Moderate Income Marketplace? 

Nest has a goal to help 1 million families in need of saving on energy costs. This marketplace, powered by Rebate Bus is set up to enable income qualified weatherization programs, organizations and local governments (including their participating contractors) an easy way to order Nest Thermostats at a very affordable price point for their programs.

Who typically can be approved for this program?

Utility, state, municipal and local agencies that are involved in the installation or distribution of efficient technologies for low-income households. Participants must use this product to directly impact the energy bills of low-income households.

What size packs will the Nest Thermostats be shipped in?

4 packs.

What are the product order limits?

There is a limit of QTY 15 - 4pks (60 units) of each thermostat per transaction. For example, you can place a maximum order of 15 4pks of the Nest Thermostat E and 15 4pks of the Nest Learning Thermostat on your order. If you have a need for additional QTY please contact team@rebatebus.com for special approval.

What does the shipping cost?

$8.00 per 4 pack - the only shipping option is standard ground.

What if I need to return the product?

Rebate Bus will handle the return process for orders received within the last 30 days, please email team@rebatebus.com to submit a return request. 

Warranty returns after the 30 day return period will be routed to Nest Customer Support.

How do I recycle mercury-containing thermostats?
To remove, replace, and recycle all mercury-containing thermostats you can Find a Thermostat Collection Site or call the Thermostat Recycling Corporation at 888-265-0550.
